The Tongu Academic Challenge saw two second cycle schools in Central Tongu face off for a place in the final.
This event is powered by the National Union Of Tongu Students Association (NUTSA). This event is a new addition to the famous NUTSA Quiz everyone knows.
After a display of talent and knowledge in Science Math, and Essay, Adidome Senior High School emerged victorious over their counterpart Mafi Kumase Senior High Technical. ADISEC emerged victorious with 44 points compared to MAKSTEC’s 14 points at the end of the contest.
This means ADISEC will face SOGASCO and the winner of the North Tongu contest on May 10th. The competition will be a platform to strengthen the Tongu school’s chances of doing well in the National Science and Maths Quiz.
