Sarkodie’s attitude of always introducing a new talent to the world did not stop despite some odd attitude from Inkboh few weeks ago.
He is back with his new project “The Championship Mixtape” which has features with Xlimkid and Beeztrap. Apart from OG Joey B, these are the only 2 musicians on the project.
He exposed Inkboy, Lojay, and Kranium on his JAM ALBUM, he also introduced Oxlade, Bernel on his NO PRESSURE ALBUM. This time it was Xlimkid and Beeztrap that the grace located. The tape is out and doin well on all platforms.

Edwin Eshun, professionally known as Beeztrap KOTM (King of The Moment), a rising star from Kumasi who has built his legacy as a part of the budding Asakaa Movement, hails from Cape Coast in the Central region of Ghana. Eshun grew up in Santasi, a suburb of Kumasi.
He discovered he had a natural inclination towards music in primary school, inspired by his appetite for drumming in church, where his mother and sister were part of the choir. Music has always been a shared experience and passion in his house.
He noted that one of his uncles had a recording studio; which was pivotal in shaping his interest and career as an artist. His uncle helped him record his first song after informing him about his passion for music.
XLIMKID
Xlimkid was born on June 12, 2002, in Accra, the capital city of Ghana. He is the youngest of four children of Joseph and Grace Nkrumah, who are both teachers.
Xlimkid developed a passion for music at an early age, influenced by his father, who played the guitar and sang in a local band. He also listened to various genres of music, such as hip hop, reggae, afrobeat, and highlife. He started writing his own songs and lyrics when he was 10 years old, using his phone as a recording device. He also learned how to play the keyboard and the drums.
Xlimkid attended the St. Peter’s International School, where he excelled in academics and sports. He was also active in the school choir and drama club, where he showcased his talents and creativity. He participated in several inter-school competitions and won several awards for his performances. He also formed a rap group with his friends, called the Young Stars, and performed at various events and shows.
