In a recent BBC interview on how Africa will respond to the US tarriff hikes, the CEO of Ghana Venture Capital and Private Equity Association GVCA, Amma Gyampo, made the case for domestic capital mobilisation and institutional investor diversification into alternative assets like private equity for SME industries.
These issues will be explored in detail at the 4th Annual GVCA Conference on 24 April, where African private equity practitioners, regulators, trustees and high-growth mid-sized business leaders will convene to accelerate policy reforms, develop the industry and collaborate to increase access to finance in the real economy.
