The MP for South Tongu, Hon. Kobena Mensah Woyome ver the weekend hosted Mr. Ibrahim Mahama during the launch of Volta Farms in South Tongu.
The event took place in his constituency, South Tongu in a town called Tsawoe. His colleague MP from North and Central were there to support this initiative that will boost the economic activities and reduce unemployment in that locality and beyond.
He posted this on his social media page;
“The entire South Tongu and Volta Region is grateful to Mr. Ibrahim Mahama and his brother John Dramani Mahama.
Over the weekend, the astute businessman was present in Tsawoeme, South Tongu, to launch the Palm Plantation Project (VOLTA FARMS) that will provide employment for our people during these difficult times.
In this challenging economy, H.E. John Dramani Mahama and his brother Mr. Ibrahim Mahama have always been there to support South Tongu and the Volta Region. During the Akosombo Dam spillage, we saw their dedication and commitment to ensuring our people get back to their daily routines.
A big thanks to my colleague MPs, Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa, Hon. Agbodza, and Hon. Gabby, Hon. Bedzra, Hon Gakpe, Hon. Sefe and Hon. Gomashie for gracing the occasion. Special appreciation to our opinion leaders, Chiefs, and Queens from both South Tongu and Anlo for making this a success.
To my constituents and the people of Tsawoeme, I appreciate you so much, and we pray for more projects for our youth.
Thank you
