Pompous Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie has claimed in a recent interview that he started an artiste base fan in Ghana, a bragging right no one can take away from him.
Making his argument, the ‘Happy Day’ hit-maker has dared anyone who doubts him to go to his Twitter page and check the date and time which he started his “Team Sarkodie” fan base.
“We started the following but people don’t know that. The thing is sometimes we need to set the record straight. You go and see…If you are doing your checks if you want to argue go to Twitter to check the date Team Sarkodie was created,” he said.
The rapper further acknowledged Nigerian artiste Wizkid for advising him to create a fan base to promote his music.
