NPP Primaries: Jealous Incumbent MP pulls down competitor’s giant billboard

The Incumbent Member of Parliament(MP) for Mfantseman constituency, Mr. Ekow Kwansa Harford has allegedly ordered his men to pull down his competitor’s giant billboard just after the Mankessim roundabout.
Mr. Kwansa Harford who is in the race with the 36-year-old Banker, Mr. James Korsah Brown, has done everything possible to stop him from contesting but proved futile and as a result pulled down his (Korsah Brown) giant billboard to prevent delegates to vote for his competitor.

Speaking to the media, the hopeful parliamentary candidate for Mfantseman constituency in the ticket of governing New Patriotic Party(NPP), Mr. Korsah Brown express shock about the incumbent MP’s behavior for ordering his men to remove some of his posters as well as pulled down his largest billboard with size 12m X 8m located at Mankessim for over two weeks.

According to Korsah Brown, he and his team pasted over 4,000 posters all over Mfantseman constituency but over the weekend it came to his notice that he had less than 500 posters available in the constituency.
“Internal party contest is supposed to be battle of ideas to allow delegates make informed choice of future leadership and can’t be a bay to generate war” Mr. Korsah Brown added.

He calmed down his team not to do anything that will bring bad image to the party, citing that, no need for revenge,God will win the primaries for him.
