NPP Primaries: MP for Gomoa East poised to retain seat for NPP

The Incumbent Member of Parliament (MP) for Gomoa East constituency, Mr. Kojo Asemanyi has poised to retain Gomoa East constituency seat for the governing New Patriotic Party(NPP) due to his marvelous developmental projects initiated in the constituency.
Mr. Kojo Asemanyi who confidently believed his tremendous work within the constituency would not give opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) chance to snatch the seat.
According to the MP, there is no community that he has not done anything and strongly believed his marvelous developmental projects will lead the party to victory in both presidential and parliamentary elections.

“I know I served my constituency well”, Mr. Asemanyi lamented.
This came to light when the Regional and constituency executives joined the incumbent Member of Parliament(MP) for Gomoa East constituency, Mr. Asemanyi to meet delegates at all Electoral Areas within the constituency for the MP’s acclamation.
He therefore called for unity among the party activists of the area and work extra hard to help the party increase more votes and win both presidential and parliamentary in the upcoming general elections.
On his part the Central Regional Youth Organizer of NPP, Paa Kwasi Sackey has declared the party intention to hit streets and house to house to educate the public on the need to attach importance to the fresh voters registration exercise.

Paa Kwasi Sackey again called on all polling Station executives, regional and constituency executives to inform the communities especially NPP activists to partake in the upcoming voters registration exercise as the parliament of Ghana has given the Electoral Commission the green light to start the fresh voters registration exercise slated for 30th June of this year.
“We have to prepare our people to make sure that they register so that come December 7th, they can turn up in their numbers to vote for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo as well as NPP parliamentary candidates”, Mr. Sackey stated.
