Mr Bice Osei Kuffour, hiplife musician and the president of MUSIGA, popularly known as Obour has been appointed as a the Managing director (MD) for the Ghana Post Company Limited Today.
The official announcement was made by politician, Ursula Owusu on her social media platforms. According to Mrs Ursula Owusu, the reveal was done on behalf of the president of the Republic of Ghana, His excellence Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo thus making it official.
Mr Bice, recognized widely as Obour is the immediate past president of Ghana’s Musicians Union and a strong member of the New Patriotic Party. He also holds honorary positions as the ambassador of tuberculosis to Ghana, Road safety ambassador, just to list a few.
In pursuant of his political career, he lost in the New Patriotic Party parliamentary primaries at Asante Akyem South Constituency. Obour holds a degree in Information studies and political science from the university of Legon.
As a newly appointed MD for the Ghana Post Company Limited, he will be seeing to the management and progress of the institutional body. As the country’s designator operator, the Ghana post company limited, a network of over 360 posts offices across Ghana, provides courier, financial and traditional post services.

On behalf of the President, I officially introduced the newly appointed Acting Managing Director (MD) of the Ghana Post Company Limited, Bice Osei Kuffour to the management and staff of the company.
Mr. Osei Kuffuor is to see to the expansion of the company’s postal network to viable areas and improve service to non-viable areas.
He will also be occupied with improving mail security, the existing ancillary services such as financial services to augment the traditional ones and promote all postal products to create awareness of their existence, among other task.
I am optimistic that he would deliver and make the company vibrant.
