The BBC Africa Eye sent an undercover journalist called Kiki Mordi who posed as a student to investigative the widespread phenomenon (lecturers harassing female students for sex in exchange for better grades) in some West Africa tertiary institutions.
At the end of the investigations two Ghanaian lecturers at the University of Ghana, Dr Paul Kwame Butakor and Prof Ransford Gyampo, and one Nigerian lecturer called Dr. Boniface Igbeneghu at the University of Lagos were found culpable.
So who is Kiki Mordi? The beautiful lady is is a Nigerian journalist born in Port Harcourt. She is BBC Africa radio’s presenter who currently reports for African Eye.
