Daakye Trust Plc has announced the buyback of outstanding bonds of Tranche D2 issued under its GHS 5.5bn Bond programme. Tranche D2 of the GH¢5.5bn bond programme with a coupon rate of 20.5%, was issued on April 28, 2021, and is expected to mature on April 16, 2031. The opening date and time for the offer for the bond buyback by Daakye Plc are Friday, April 19, 2024, and 9am respectively. The closing date for the bond buyback offer is Friday, April 26, 2024, and the closing time is 2pm with settlement for the bond buyback made on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
