The president of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has incurred the wrath of some section of Ghanaians for suspending the lockdown.

Moments after the lockdown suspension, several Ghanaians took to social media to register their worriedness and anger as to why the government took such a decision when the coronavirus cases are on the rise.
